When we take on new clients, it's often an uphill battle. Case in point?
We recently worked to revive a struggling vitamin brand. They had paused all marketing for over three months for prior to the initiative and their existing content was very outdated.
Vitamins are a sensitive category when it comes to social marketing due to the potential usage of medical claims. Because of this, the KOL selection process had to be EXTREMELY detailed and selective. Content had to follow platform rules while also promoting brand image.
Another road-block? The brand has a name consisting of three English words that is hard to convey in China.
How did we overcome these challenges and achieve serious positive growth? Check out the infographic to learn more about what worked.
